BREAKING: Elm Grove bridge work delayed until 2022
WHEELING, W.Va. —A major construction project slated to start tomorrow will be held off until next year.
West Virginia Department of Highways District 6 Engineer Tony Clark said the monument place bridge renovation won't start until April.
Clark said they re-evaluated the situation and have decided to delay the project.
