Anyone who knows me knows I’ve been trying to slim down, tone up, and work on my abs. My usual workouts were doing the trick, but things started getting repetitive and boring. So I started looking for new workouts to do, and one of my friends from college sent me this at home workout routine to try. You talk about something that’ll whip you into shape! Now of course, please know your limits. If you can’t do the number of reps listed for each workout, reduce them to your capabilities. Also, if you can’t do this 3-5 times, don’t. I’m not trying to have anyone overwork themselves. But I assure you, this is a heck of a workout routine. Go ahead and try it out!
