Youth Services System, Inc. (YSS) is excited to host its 18th annual Celebrate Youth Festival on August 14, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Wheeling Park. This free community event brings together youth and families for a day filled with fun, activities, and valuable resources. The festival is open to the public and includes free park wristbands, back-to-school supplies, lunch, and a variety of engaging activities.
Each year, around 60 local exhibitors volunteer their time to participate in the festival, offering information and resources focused on children's health, education, and overall well-being. YSS staff and community volunteers assist by distributing school supplies and lunches, leading arts and crafts, and helping connect families with vital community services.
