Tate McRae is "Greedy" for a good accessory.
The "Revolving door" singer appeared on the February 26 episode of the Las Culturistas podcast for a long chat with hosts Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers that covered everything from her time competing on So You Think You Can Dance when she was 13 to fangirling over Rihanna and Ariana Grande.
During their conversation, they got on the topic of fashion trends and discussed their real thoughts on the "top fashion accessory of 2025" — "slutty glasses." Yang asked McRae's opinions on whether the slim frames are the "accessory of the year" as she "really pushed that forward in a huge way," adding that she should be "so proud."
"I love the slutty glass, I think it's really nice," she said, before joking that she didn't wear them to the interview because it was a "classy day" and they didn't "fit the fit."
Elsewhere in the interview, McRae shared her thoughts on the comparisons people have made about her career to that of Britney Spears, which she also recently reacted to, calling the remarks both "flattering and scary."
"I think comparisons are just hard because like obviously every person that comes into the scene they instantly get a comparison to people, just like familiarity," she told the hosts. "But I think it's just hard because like you can't recreate great art like that, like it's a new thing."
