ERINN HAYES: "It's Not Like That"

Anxious Attachments

Hi there and welcome to another episode of "Have A Little Faith With Delilah". If you know me, if you have followed me on the air, or on social media for any length of time, you know that my faith is like the air that I breathe. I honor it so much. I would not be here if I didn't. I wouldn't have made it through the trials and tribulations of life had I not had a solid foundation, a rock of faith.

I have recently been on a health journey and that includes working on my spiritual health as much as I work on physical health. It is all connected. I am discovering a lot about myself.

Today we are going to talk through anxious attachment disorders. It is something I am so curious about. If you are too jump in and listen to this episode right now.

Love Will Lead You Back

I hope this episode encourages your heart, strengthens your faith, and puts a smile on your face. I hope it inspires you to share that with others.

This episode is dedicated to honoring young love, older love, and first love that finds a way and endures.

I know that love at first sight is a phrase that can make people cringe. You might  think how can that really be. I honestly believe it's two souls that recognize each other right away. Sometimes life gets in the way. Let's dive in and explore this together.

BART MILLARD & TIM TIMMONS: "I Can Only Imagine 2"

"I CAN ONLY IMAGINE 2", releasing this Friday, February 20, is a sequel to the acclaimed film, "I Can Only Imagine", the story of MercyMe's Bart Millard. The new movie's focus is on another band member, Tim Timmons, and based on the heartfelt true story behind the hit single he co-wrote, “Even If.”  It's the inspiring next chapter of faith, family, and finding God in the fire.

Both Bart and Tim join me on the podcast today for some real-life insight into the made-for-screen story, to share some personal anecdotes, some wisdom, and to cut up a little too!  They are remarkable men, remarkable musicians, and remarkable friends. Get cozy and join us for this conversation!

My Valentine To You

My Valentine to you is simply my faith. I started this podcast last year so I could share my heart. I don’t save that for holidays. I share it every night.

Special days  can often get taken over by images and expectations. In particular, Valentine’s Day can be difficult for many because they have been programmed to think it is all about romance. For me it is not…

Each and every night I share conversations that celebrate all the different aspects of love.
The kind of love you share between family and friends, and anyone you might come across. The kind of love that grows over days and months and years.

In this episode I wanna share a few examples of all the aspects of love and the faith that drives it.

Make A Prayer Board

Hello and welcome aboard my friend. Here we are in the middle of winter. My heart  is already longing for spring. Thank you for joining me on this episode of "Have A Little Faith With Delilah".

Each and every week this podcast is dedicated to my faith in the Lord. My faith never waivers. My obedience waivers. My ability to hear God's voice waivers, However, my faith in God never waivers.

I  know, that I know, that the Lord is my rock, my fortress and he is my shield.  He leads me through anything and everything.

I spent the entire holiday season talking about the importance of seeing the future in faith and hope and love. I meant that with my entire heart. The key for me is prayer.

Instead of setting resolutions, and trying to envision things, try praying. Do the hard work to achieve your goals but please remember to just ask God to be by your side.

MICHELLE MAROS: "Dear Friend"

"Dear Friend", a new book by mindfulness expert Michelle Maros, began as an unsent breakup letter and grew into a daily guide for grounding, resilience, and reflection.  It's a collection of 365 short, heartfelt daily notes that act as a gentle companion through life’s highs and lows.

I couldn't think of a better way to kick off Season 8 of "Love Someone with Delilah" than inviting Michelle aboard. With empathy and encouragement, she offers a grounded reminder that peace and strength begin within. Michells says the book is for the "quiet, hard moments when people feel lost or overwhelmed."  I think we can all relate. Listen in!

It Is A New Year

Welcome to this episode of “Have a little faith with Delilah ”. You know that gratitude is the thing we celebrate all year long, but especially during the holidays.

As we have moved into celebrating the new year we are focusing, and we are locking in. We are locking in on what we have gratitude for, who we have gratitude for. In this episode I will share some of my favorite calls of gratitude from this past year 2025.

So many of you have touched my heart, you have trusted me with your stories of love, of laughter, of fear and of grief. I can not thank you enough for allowing me to be a part of your life.

As we celebrate 2026, I look forward to the new stories I will hear this year. I am so grateful for all of you. Let us grow in faith together. Happy 2026!
