Police Pull Over Driverless Car For Illegal U-Turn

A Waymo self-driving car was stopped by police in San Bruno, California for making an illegal U-turn.

The photo of the officer looking into an empty driver's seat went viral.

So who gets the ticket when no one's driving? Police said their forms "don't have a box for robot."

But there is a new law that will take effect in July allowing them to ticket the companies behind the self-driving cars.
