BILLIE EILISH: Emotional Rescue

Billie Eilish wants people to know that we can get by more easily with a little help from our friends -- and she gets into that idea in a new mental health awareness video. In the PSA, Billie says, “It doesn’t make you weak to ask for help. It doesn’t make you weak to ask for a friend, to go to a therapist. It shouldn’t make you feel weak to ask anyone for help.” A description beneath the lead video for the AdCouncil campaign reads: “Nobody likes an awkward silence, but sometimes, an awkward silence can be a good time to check in with a friend about their mental health.”
